Training and Certification Course
The Facilitating Career Development Training and Certification Program is offered through the National Career Development Association (NCDA) and provides individuals with relevant skills and knowledge to assist others in planning careers and obtaining meaningful work.
About the Trainer
Dr. Matthew Paul Cowley is a leader in higher education and career services with over a decade of experience at large public research universities (R1). Dr. Cowley also offers career coaching and strategy services to experienced professionals through his LLC, Find Your New Direction.
His experience facilitating career education for people at various stages in their career development - in conjunction with his Certified Master of Career Services credential and years of experience teaching adult experience - gives Dr. Cowley broad knowledge of career development in various contexts and the ability to translate that knowledge to other learners.
